The Econsular Card is property of the Ministry of External Affairs, Federal Republic of Nigeria. If found it should be returned to the respective High Commission of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

You are expected to provide accurate information while filling the form of application while applying for card. Any misrepresentation of information, impersonation, falsification or manipulation of information may result in forfeit of fees and also result in severe punitive action.

You are physically required to be present before the agent and register for your card. Singing the application on someone else's behalf would be considered as forgery and liable for punishment.
